In this role, you will develop AI solutions that create real added value. You will work on applications involving LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems, accompanying projects from the first prototype to scalable production deployment. Your responsibilities:

• Specialization in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbots, agent-based systems, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Design, development, and integration of LLM-based solutions into existing systems
• Implementation of guardrails and security controls
• Development and maintenance of evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and model performance in production
• Development and maintenance of scalable AI services while ensuring performance and reliability

Your profile:

• Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on Data Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in AI/ML and MLOps is desirable
• Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, RAG, or AI agents
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and CI/CD processes, as well as experience with scripting languages like Python and libraries such as LlamaIndex or LangChain

Ideally, you also bring the following experience:

• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus) as well as semantic and hybrid search
• Practical experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI
• Good understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) for the electrical and electronics industry. The minimum KV rates range between €3,888.53 and €4,993.21—with a willingness to pay above these levels. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
