Your Role
- You will take on the economic, personnel, and technical leadership and management of the Electrical Engineering department.
- You will be responsible for defining and further developing standards, planning principles, and quality requirements, as well as for developing technical strategies, guidelines, and requirements throughout the planning, construction, and maintenance processes in electrical engineering.
- You will align the department with the company’s goals and ensure their achievement. Additionally, you will ensure efficient organization and the continuous optimization of processes and working methods.
- You will define performance indicators derived from company or departmental goals, manage budgets and resources, and bear responsibility for the results of the department.
- You will lead and develop your employees, manage personnel planning, and ensure efficient staff deployment.
- You will represent and promote the department both within and outside the company and lead, moderate, or participate in technical projects and committees.

Your Profile
- You hold a technical degree from a higher technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences, or university, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering.

Our Offer
- For the position "Head of Electrical Engineering Department (IN SAE)", a minimum salary of €104,850 (all-inclusive) gross per year is provided. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is possible.
- Since leadership positions at ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG are appointed for a defined period, this position is advertised as "fixed-term" for 3 years. The fixed term applies only to the leadership appointment, not to the employment relationship.
