Your tasks at a glance:

• Review and record orders in the ERP system (SAP)
• Coordinate shipping and transport processing (freight forwarding, pickups)
• Proactive customer communication regarding order status and delivery dates
• Coordinate and implement solutions with internal departments for complaints
• Close collaboration with the field sales team on orders and customer requirements

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, etc.)
• Professional experience in internal sales (B2B) or a comparable commercial field
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in reliably achieving goals
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP SD module desirable
• Communicative, service-oriented approach; technical understanding an advantage
