- Planning, coordinating, conducting, and following up on internal audits in the areas of quality, safety, and environment.
- Supporting and coordinating TSI certifications as well as assisting with corresponding evidence procedures.
- Managing and further developing VPI certifications, including ongoing documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in audits related to workshop certifications and ensuring the required evidence and documentation.
- Assisting in the introduction, implementation, and further development of the information security management system in accordance with ISO 27001.
- Processing audit findings and managing and tracking corrective and improvement measures.
- Supporting certification and surveillance audits as well as official assessments.
- Creating and maintaining process, procedure, and quality documentation.
- Advising and supporting managers and departments on quality-related issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of management systems and processes.
Your Profile
- Completed technical, business, or comparable education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university).
- Professional experience in quality management, auditing, or a regulated technical environment.
- Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or comparable standards) is an advantage.
- Experience with certification and approval procedures is desirable.
- Structured, analytical, and independent way of working.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High quality awareness and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant IT systems.
