Our client is a successful and established trading company in the home and garden sector, seeking to strengthen their team with a dedicated individual who has a passion for gardening, plants, and assortment management. In this responsible position, you will actively shape the further development of a product range in the garden sector and contribute significantly to the company's success with your ideas and expertise.

• You will support and advise sales partners on-site regarding the entire garden assortment – from plants to garden supplies and equipment – and assist in optimizing in-store presentation.
• You will contribute to assortment planning and the development and implementation of seasonal focal points.
• You will participate in the advancement of sales and marketing strategies.
• You will monitor the market and competition, incorporating your insights into the further development of the product range.
• You will provide expert support for site developments, refurbishments, and new store openings.
• You will implement garden-related projects in coordination with sales stakeholders, collaborating closely with relevant departments.

• You hold a completed vocational training in retail, horticulture, or a comparable qualification, and possess in-depth knowledge in gardening and plants.
• You have several years of professional experience in retail, specifically with plants and garden products.
• You combine technical expertise with a sound understanding of business principles and a flair for sales-enhancing product presentation.
• You provide convincing advice, communicate clearly, and work independently and in a structured manner.
• You enjoy traveling in western Austria; a place of residence in Upper Austria is an advantage.
