Bosch Industriekessel Austria GmbH develops and manufactures customer-specific system solutions for heating and process heat. • You independently carry out the commissioning of steam, heating, and hot water boiler systems, including the associated combustion technology.
• You perform maintenance on the systems, check the electrical and mechanical components of the boiler and burner, test the sensors and safety devices, and analyze error codes.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers in case of malfunctions, advise them by phone or on-site, identify the cause, and resolve the issue.
• You plan and organize your tasks and appointments independently directly with customers, with your workday starting and ending at your doorstep with a top-equipped company vehicle.
• You conveniently handle administrative tasks from your home office, supported by state-of-the-art digital tools and first-class technical equipment.

• Personality and work style: You impress with a confident demeanor and an independent way of working. You enjoy direct contact with customers and adapt quickly to new situations.
• Experience and know-how: You have solid knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, control technology, and handling P&ID diagrams. Ideally, you also have experience with oil and gas burners; knowledge of hydraulics or water treatment is a plus.
• Driver’s license: Class B
• Education: You have completed technical training in heating engineering or mechatronics.
• Languages: You communicate fluently in German to ensure smooth coordination with customers and colleagues.

Full-time: 38.5 hours/week

A fair salary that reflects your skills and experience is our foundation. For your commitment, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 53,000 EUR (based on 38.5h/week, no all-in contract). A significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.

Additionally, look forward to performance-based compensation consisting of allowances, a team bonus, and a share in the company’s success. We’ll discuss the details of your individual package best in person during the job interview.
