• Leadership and responsibility for corporate controlling, including process development and the recruitment/training of a junior colleague
• Preparation of reports and analyses, including derivation of measures
• Budget preparation and rolling planning, as well as target/actual comparisons
• Execution of calculations, profitability assessments, and ad-hoc analyses for management
• Involvement in year-end closing and financial projects
• Collaboration and coordination with various internal departments (such as Sales, Production) and management

• Relevant academic degree and corresponding professional experience in controlling
• Strong understanding of business management interrelationships
• Affinity for IT and digitalization; practical SAP experience is a significant advantage
• Initiative, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
