- have completed an education at a general or vocational secondary school (e.g., HAK Matura), a fully completed payroll accounting certification (WIFI), and a solid training in labor law.
- bring several years of professional experience in the payroll field.
- possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in working with Excel (xlsx), CSV files, and PowerPoint, as well as a high affinity for IT.
