Your Responsibilities

• You work closely with our customers, the air traffic controllers, understand their requirements, and support their successful implementation.
• You plan, implement, and integrate safety-critical systems during ongoing operations, taking into account operational, economic, and regulatory requirements.
• You engage with flight plan data processing procedures and have an understanding of the processing within the supported systems.
• You analyze technical and procedural challenges, provide 3rd-level support, and contribute to the continuous development of our systems.
• You ensure compliance with national and international regulations and independently implement necessary measures.
• You contribute your expertise to exciting projects, take on responsibility in project management, and represent our company in national and international expert committees.

Your Profile

• You hold a technical university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally with a focus on Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field, and bring several years of professional experience.
• You have experience in data analysis, troubleshooting, as well as systems and requirements engineering, and possess knowledge in project, process, and quality management that rounds off your profile.
• You are familiar with Linux operating systems, automation and scripting, server systems, and common MS Office applications.
• You impress with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and maintain an overview even in complex situations. Networked thinking and the ability to abstract are among your strengths.
• You are a committed, open-minded individual with a high level of initiative, strong customer focus, and a collaborative spirit. Additionally, you enjoy working in an international environment.
• You are resilient and ready to implement changes in a safety-critical environment, including outside regular working hours or at night if required.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You can convey complex technical matters clearly, understandably, and in a target-group-oriented manner.

After a training period, we offer a gross annual salary of at least EUR 97,500, depending on your professional experience (corresponding to the stated working hours).
