The Bosch Engineering Center Linz is driving the transformation of mobility by developing and manufacturing innovative technologies for the entire powertrain in the market segments of Electrification, Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, and Off-Highway. Additionally, we develop hydrogen injection valves and electrolysis stacks, contributing to the establishment of hydrogen production in Europe. • You independently carry out assembly and disassembly work on test components at highly automated test benches.
• Using your technical skills, you operate the test benches, monitor functional and endurance tests, and intervene before disruptions occur.
• You take responsibility for the professional maintenance and upkeep of the test facilities to ensure their continuous availability.
• You assess test components, support our engineers in error analysis, and contribute to defining corrective measures.
• To ensure uninterrupted test operations, you show flexibility within the team for occasional on-call duties on weekends or public holidays, as agreed.

• Personality and work approach: You enjoy working in a team, even in an international environment. A precise and independent way of working characterizes you. You demonstrate motivation and commitment in a varied and technically demanding field.
• Experience and know-how: You have several years of professional experience and practical knowledge in mechanics or mechatronics.
• Qualifications / Enthusiasm: You are enthusiastic about highly automated systems and have a strong interest in the functionality and testing of technical components.
• Education: You have completed a technical vocational training (e.g., as an automotive technician, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field).
• Languages: You communicate very well in German and have basic English skills.

Additional Information

Working hours: Full-time, 38.5h/week on a temporary basis

It is important to us to offer a fair salary that matches your skills and experience. This can be significantly above the collective agreement (metalworking industry) and starts at 42,000 EUR gross per year for 38.5h/week (no all-in contract).
