• Assisting with personnel administration from entry to exit (onboarding and offboarding processes)
• Updating, maintaining, and monitoring the personnel database and various personnel lists
• Managing, correcting, and monthly monitoring of the internal time recording system (time management, leave, and sick leave)
• Regularly creating reports and checklists primarily using Excel
• Handling various employee inquiries
