• Strategic advancement of the product and technology portfolio with a focus on future market requirements
• Development of clever technical solutions and innovative products that create real added value for customers
• Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team
• Monitoring of market, technology, and digitalization trends, and deriving new business opportunities
• Promoting lean principles, continuous improvement (CIP) approaches, and the ongoing optimization of processes and development tools
• Active collaboration with internal departments as well as professional exchange with customers, partners, and research institutions

• Technical degree at university level, e.g., in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in a development or innovation role within mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or an industrial environment
• Strong affinity for technology and interest in future topics such as automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0
• Leadership experience with a passion for inspiring teams and achieving goals together
• Personality with a drive to shape the future, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Openness to new ideas, willingness to embrace change, and a proactive, appreciative communication style

This position offers a gross annual salary of approximately €100,000. The actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience.
