Job Description

- You monitor developments in AI technologies, evaluate new approaches for their utility, and implement the most suitable ones within our organization – from large language models and agents to retrieval methods.
- You design and build AI-powered tools and guide them from initial testing to a solution that runs reliably in everyday operations.
- You make our internal processes significantly faster and simpler with AI – in development, service, sales, and administration.
- You integrate AI into our daily work – in our software products and across the corporate group’s systems.
- You collaborate closely with our developers and business units, bridging the gap between requirements and technology.
- You keep an eye on our AI tools in operation, refine them, and continue their development – ensuring they don’t stagnate after launch.
- You share your knowledge and support our teams in adopting AI tools.

Requirements

Completed education in computer science or software development (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent qualification)
You have hands-on experience with language models, agents, RAG, MCP, and prompt engineering.
You write code that others can maintain – ideally in Python or C#.
You understand how agents are structured and how to effectively manage workflows between them.
Genuine enthusiasm for the field – and a passion for continuously learning new things.
Enjoy engaging with business units and turning problems into tangible use cases.
Basic understanding of cloud topics (Microsoft Azure) – experience in a DevOps environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Good command of German and English.
