Job Description

You plan and manage projects from the initial inquiry to customer acceptance.
You are responsible for factory and project planning at the Schwarzach site and ensure a coordinated and realistic overall planning.
- You create realistic project and delivery schedules based on workloads, lead times, and available resources.
- Together with the specialist departments, you coordinate capacities and deadlines and ensure optimal utilization of the factory.
- You keep track of deadlines, costs, risks, and project progress, identifying deviations at an early stage.
- In case of deviations, you initiate appropriate measures together with the responsible departments.
- You work closely with project management, production, and other specialist departments.
- You actively support the achievement of our sales and operational performance targets.
- You identify bottlenecks and potential for improvement and further develop our planning and control processes together with the specialist departments.
- You ensure transparency regarding the current project status and prepare relevant information in a structured manner for decision-making.

Requirements

- A technical or business education – for example, university, university of applied sciences, technical college, technician, or master craftsman – or relevant professional experience.
- You enjoy organizing, think ahead, and do not lose track even with multiple parallel projects.
- You are interested in technical contexts and enjoy working with numbers, deadlines, and data.
- A structured and solution-oriented approach characterizes your work.
- Experience in project management, project planning, production planning, or controlling is an advantage.
- You enjoy communicating with different specialist departments and are not afraid to actively address issues and demand decisions.
- You are eager to take on responsibility and want to actively shape processes and workflows.
