Job Description

- You independently manage international customer orders in a service environment, from order intake to successful invoicing.
- You coordinate the global delivery of spare parts, maintenance packages, upgrades, as well as regular weekly and monthly shipments, ensuring timely execution.
- You organize and schedule international transports and serve as the central contact person for logistics partners, freight forwarders, and internal interfaces.
- You ensure compliance with international shipping and export regulations, taking applicable Incoterms into account.
- You create and review all relevant shipping and export documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
- You are responsible for the correct billing of service deployments, services, and customer orders.
- You ensure professional and efficient order processing in customer service and guarantee smooth invoicing.

Requirements

You have completed commercial training and ideally have already gained experience in international order processing.
You bring initial knowledge in export or shipping operations and have an interest in international trade and logistics processes.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You impress with your organizational skills and coordinate deliveries and customer orders efficiently and proactively.
You communicate professionally and in a service-oriented manner and present yourself confidently to customers and business partners.
You think solution-oriented, act independently, and are happy to take on responsibility.
You are flexible, resilient, and feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment.
You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration across departmental and national borders.
Good German and English skills complete your profile.
