In this responsible position, you will play a key role in providing expert support to customers and sales partners, as well as contributing to the further development of the product portfolio.

• Providing expert advice and support to customers and sales partners on all matters related to plant protection
• Establishing, maintaining, and developing existing customer relationships in Upper Austria and Lower Austria
• Creating and preparing presentations, technical information, and sales support materials
• Assisting in product range design as well as the selection and further development of products
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Handling technical inquiries and actively supporting market and sales activities
• Planning and conducting training sessions, technical lectures, and informational events

• Completed education in the agricultural field (secondary agricultural college, university of applied sciences, or university)
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of plant protection and plant nutrition
• Experience in agricultural consulting, field sales, or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
• Ability to prepare complex technical topics in a clear and target-group-oriented manner
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of customer orientation, willingness to travel, and strong team spirit
