Your Areas of Responsibility:

• Planning and project development in the building construction sector (schools, kindergartens, residential complexes, etc.), primarily in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland
• Monitoring implementation and ensuring a smooth project process
• Collaboration in the conception and planning of construction projects in coordination with in-house architects and specialist planners
• Coordination and alignment with municipalities, trades, and service providers
• Reviewing compliance with legal requirements, technical standards, and internal guidelines
• Preparation of proposals and cost estimates
• Monitoring and assistance with tendering processes
• On-site construction supervision

Requirements:

• Existing master builder’s license or civil engineering certification
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Relevant, several years of professional experience in construction project management or a related technical field
• Experience in technical construction planning and drawing creation
• Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, standards, and technical guidelines
• Proficient user skills in planning software and MS Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-organized, conscientious, and structured work approach
• Excellent German language skills and a category B driving license
