For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a results-driven individual with a hands-on mentality in Eisenstadt.

• Development and operational implementation of personnel development measures and programs
• Planning, organizing, and conducting trainings, workshops, events, and development initiatives
• Development and implementation of programs for employee retention, talent development, leadership development, and competency development
• Supporting change processes and organizational development measures
• Coordination and further development of e-learning offerings and digital learning formats
• Independent management and implementation of HR and personnel development projects
• Selection, coordination, and management of external trainers and service providers
• Further development of existing personnel development tools and processes
• Evaluation of implemented measures and derivation of concrete improvements
• Taking ownership of specific subject areas and their consistent implementation

• Completed vocational training or degree in HR, adult education, business, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in personnel development, HR, or organizational development is an advantage (ideally in the healthcare sector)
• Training or coaching certification is an advantage
• A good sense for people, situations, and the special framework conditions in the healthcare sector
• Interest in modern learning, development, and leadership concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of service orientation, reliability, and discretion
• Proficient use of common office applications; experience with learning management systems is an advantage
