Your Responsibilities:

• You demonstrate an unwavering commitment to our I Care journey, ensuring a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment.
• You perform repair, maintenance, and servicing tasks and support projects.
• You operate and monitor systems for energy, freshwater, and compressed air supply.
• Following appropriate qualification, you take on responsibilities in the boiler, turbine, and high-voltage areas.
• You participate in on-call duties and adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training (e.g., mechanics, mechatronics, or gas-water-heating systems).
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and/or maintenance of industrial plants.
• Interest and willingness to acquire qualifications as a gas/steam turbine and steam boiler operator, as well as switching authorization for high-voltage systems.
• Driving license B; forklift and crane licenses are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and process control systems.
• Willingness to take on on-call and standby duties.
• Independent work approach and teamwork skills.

Our Offer:

Are you ready to take on technical responsibility and actively shape the energy supply at our site? Then become part of our team! The annual minimum salary is approximately €40,000 gross (full-time basis) and increases to around €55,000 gross after successful onboarding and completion of additional training, plus standby compensation.
