• Strategic and operational support of clients in the field of search marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Generative AI Optimization
• Development, setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of campaigns
• Analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Further development of search and AI visibility strategies for our clients
• Development of innovative approaches to improve visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search systems
• Creation and presentation of reports, analyses, and insights
• Conducting client meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Identification of new trends and opportunities in search, AI, and digital marketing
• Collaboration on exciting new client pitches and innovation projects

• Several years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM/PPC)
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and common performance marketing tools
• Interest in AI search, large language models, and new developments in digital marketing
• Analytical thinking skills and a good sense for numbers as well as client needs
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with clients
• Fluent German and good English skills

For this position, a market-conform annual gross salary of approximately €40,000 is offered, with a willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and prior experience. The advertised position is full-time (38.5 hours per week).
