Your Exciting Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive tax and business consulting for national and international clients across various industries
• Preparation and review of profit determinations, tax calculations, and tax returns
• Review and approval of annual financial statements and participation in balance sheet discussions
• Development of statements, expert opinions, and concepts, including on complex tax-related topics of various kinds
• Proactive communication with clients and authorities as well as coordination and handling of tax audits
• Collaboration in ongoing internal and external process optimization (digitalization | automation)
• Gradual assumption of leadership responsibilities, including fostering the team's further development

Your Competencies:

• Academic degree (WU | University | University of Applied Sciences) and completed tax advisor examination
• Tax generalist with several years of practical experience in tax consulting
• Excellent IT user skills in MS Office │ BMD NTCS
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Empathetic high-potential personality with drive and leadership ambition (and ideally initial leadership experience)
• Lived service orientation and proactive work approach = joint success
