Responsibilities

• Development, management, and promotion of quality and improvement initiatives across the company
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to strategies and projects aimed at performance improvement
• Cross-site and cross-departmental collaboration to implement sustainable process improvements and standardize continuous improvement in production, including regular presence on the shop floor
• Identification of inefficiencies and redundancies to uncover improvement potential
• Analysis, documentation, and reporting of key performance indicators
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to motivate and establish a sustainable continuous improvement (CI) culture within the company
• Development and enhancement of KPI tools as well as support and advancement of the company's suggestion scheme

Requirements, Qualifications, and Personal Attributes

• Successfully completed education in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Production/Process Management, or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence
• In-depth knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, RCA, CAPA) and continuous improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma is an advantage)
• Experience in working with KPIs as well as in data analysis and visualization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to structure, prepare, and present complex topics
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Resilience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Project management and presentation skills
• High social competence, persuasiveness, communication strength, and teamwork abilities
• Independent working style and willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 30%)

The collective agreement classification will be according to job group IV / 6 with a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,500.
