Responsibilities

• Leadership, further development, implementation, and continuous optimization of occupational health and safety concepts (Health & Safety Management)
• Monitoring and compliance with legal requirements, including collaboration with authorities, labor inspectorates, and external experts
• Active support for managers in occupational safety and health to promote a strong safety and prevention culture throughout the company
• Conducting regular safety inspections, risk analyses, and accident investigations, including documentation, as well as deriving preventive measures and tracking their implementation
• Support and collaboration in the planning, communication, execution, and evaluation of measures and campaigns
• Organization, execution, and documentation of instructions and training sessions; further development of documents, tools, databases, apps, and dashboards, etc.
• Creation of safety documents
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and evaluations, as well as internal reporting and processing of KPIs and presentations
• Collaboration in fire protection
• Cooperation with authorities

Requirements, Qualifications, and Personal Attributes

• Completed training as a safety specialist or safety manager, or willingness to undergo internal training
• Experience in occupational safety and health within an industrial environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and standards
• Understanding of processes in industrial manufacturing
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Very good MS Office skills
• Project management and presentation skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence, persuasiveness, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork abilities
