What it's about

fab4minds develops ERP solutions for the food industry in the DACH region. Our shop and eCommerce product has been around since 2016, and now we're scaling it up. To achieve this, we're building a new rollout team: You'll be part of the first duo, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. The first three months involve structured onboarding in the product, data model, and rollout methodology. After that, you'll implement the product at customer sites, with increasing responsibility.

What you'll do

→ Plan and execute shop and eCommerce implementations for food retailers and delivery services

→ Analyze customer processes and map them in the system, focusing on configuration rather than programming

→ Set up data migrations and interfaces (SQL, ETL, product and customer data)

→ Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during implementation and go-live

→ Help shape how rollouts will be standardized at our company in the future

Job Requirements

What you bring to the table

✓ Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) or equivalent practical experience

✓ Proficient in SQL, you read and write queries effortlessly

✓ Basic understanding of data structures, interfaces (REST/JSON), and web technologies

✓ Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical people can understand

✓ Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites within the DACH region

✓ German language skills at least C1 level

Nice to have:

✓ ERP or eCommerce experience, knowledge of the food industry
