Job Description

- Ensuring the stable operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance, availability, and security
- Automating recurring IT operations processes and administrative tasks
- Maintenance and further development of server, cloud, network, and application environments
- Incident, problem, and change management in ongoing IT operations
- Creation and maintenance of scripts, workflows, and automation solutions
- Collaboration on IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and system implementations
- Documentation of systems, processes, operational procedures, and technical standards
- Cooperation with internal departments, external service providers, and manufacturers
- Continuous improvement of operational quality, efficiency, monitoring, and IT security

Requirements

- Successfully completed vocational training in computer science (HTL or equivalent) or several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Knowledge of technology areas such as Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Atlassian, 3CX, Jira, SharePoint Online, and Fortinet desired; manufacturer certifications are an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation desired
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication, analytical, and conceptual skills as well as a confident demeanor
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
