You will be...
- responsible for machine and plant availability
- in charge of planning, designing and implementing new installations and conversions
- actively involved in optimizing availability, quality and cost-effectiveness
- supporting the procurement and safety assessment of new machinery
- leading projects, standardizations and knowledge retention
- coordinating maintenance, repair and support with the maintenance team leadership
- committed to building expertise in plant engineering, maintenance and software
- responsible for leading and developing the team

Requirements

- Completed technical education (Electrical Master Craftsman, HTL, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance and leadership
- Strong expertise in Siemens TIA (PLC, motion, safety, etc.)
- Ideally, experience with E-Plan, Safexpert, ERP systems and MS Office
- Structured, solution-oriented work approach and team spirit
