ServiceNow platform.
As a Scrum Master / DevOps Team Coach (m/f/x), you support
product teams as a facilitator in achieving their delivery goals. You
collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters, Flow Managers, and Release Train
Engineers in a “crew” to drive continuous improvements. This ensures long-term
business agility at ÖBB.

Release Train. Their goal is to establish ServiceNow as a holistic
digitalization platform within ÖBB, thereby increasing the level of

- have obtained certification as a Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, Flow Manager, or Team Coach or similar—additional relevant training is a plus, along with demonstrable experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.) and tools (Miro, Mural, Atlassian Suite, etc.).
- bring a solid understanding of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation (e.g., Azure, CI/CD, automation, AI-powered development and operational tools)—enough to discuss on equal footing with a technically skilled team; hands-on development experience is not a must but is a plus.
