Your Responsibilities:

• Independent management and organisation of your assigned branch
• Leadership, motivation and further development of the existing team
• Planning and coordination of day-to-day operations
• Ensuring efficient workflows and a high service standard
• Active customer support and assistance to the team in sales
• Involvement in personnel selection, onboarding and workforce planning
• Responsibility for a professional appearance of the branch
• Implementation of internal standards and continuous improvement of existing processes

Our Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
• Professional experience in sales, retail or a comparable customer-oriented environment
• Experience in leading employees is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and commercial understanding
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong organisational skills and an independent working style
• Proficient use of common IT systems
• Confident, engaging demeanour and enjoyment of working with people

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €50,000 is offered. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
