Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and organizational leadership of the control center while strictly adhering to relevant quality and industry standards such as ISO, VSÖ, or ÖZS
• Full budget, revenue, and profit responsibility for this central business area
• Management of key clients as well as the design and implementation of customized security architectures to expand the customer base
• Identification of optimization potential to increase efficiency, establishment of innovation processes, and representation of the division to partners, customers, and suppliers
• Empathetic leadership, motivation, and continuous development of the subordinate team members

Our Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial education (minimum HTL, HAK, or equivalent); further specific training or a degree in the security sector is an advantage
• Proven and substantial leadership experience as well as deep insights into the operations of modern control centers and emergency call systems
• Comprehensive expertise in fire alarm, access control, alarm, and video solutions, including associated transmission and network technologies
• Several years of professional experience in large companies, combined with the ability to operate within structured processes, collaborate successfully across departments, and demonstrate professional stakeholder management in an international environment
• Strong organizational skills, high flexibility, absolute reliability, teamwork abilities, a spotless reputation (no criminal convictions), and legal adulthood.

We offer an annual gross salary of EUR 55,000 (excluding monthly and annual bonuses) based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). Taking your qualifications and experience into account, we will discuss the final salary in a personal interview.
