Your responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting business customers by phone and in writing
• Comprehensive customer service: handling complaints, service activations, master data maintenance
• Needs-based sales: contract extensions, add-on packages, new products and solutions
• Close collaboration with specialist departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, etc.)

Your profile:

• Initial professional experience in telephone customer support is an advantage
• Perfect command of German and good English skills (both written and spoken)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Interest in telecommunications and innovative technologies
• Strong customer orientation and communication talent
• Independent work style, competent and friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach
• Flexible working hours in shift work, 24/7, five-day week, preferred working hours will be considered, willingness to work occasional night shifts should be present
