• Search for suitable candidates in various databases and social media platforms
• Applicant management including pre-selection
• Assistance with in-person interviews & participation in online interviews
• Collaboration in creating job profiles and designing job advertisements
• Active sourcing and approaching candidates
• Drafting candidate reports
• Organizational and administrative tasks

The following qualifications will be helpful for this internship:

• Ongoing or completed studies, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar fields
• Enthusiasm for topics in Human Resource Management and Recruiting
• Confident use of IT & social media
• Curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with various roles and positions
• Excellent German and English skills
• Motivated and open personality with strong communication and organizational skills
