Job Description

- Co-responsibility for the provision and continuous improvement of IT services at the Wolfurt Headquarters
- Handling complex incidents and service requests as well as supporting the helpdesk team as a technical escalation point
- Contribution to the operation and further development of workplace and client infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, mobile device management, and asset management
- Maintenance and further development of local infrastructure services such as network technology, application servers, conference room technology, printing solutions, and media technology
- Support in the implementation and standardization of modern workplace solutions and service processes
- Active collaboration with Corporate IT teams to ensure efficient processes, uniform standards, and high service quality
- Collaboration with external service providers, manufacturers, and software suppliers
- Participation in the analysis, documentation, and sustainable resolution of technical issues
- Active support in the further development of IT services at the Wolfurt Headquarters

Requirements

- Several years of professional experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or IT operations
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft workplace environment and the management of modern client and workplace solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, mobile device management, and asset management
- Good knowledge of network, infrastructure, and collaboration technologies
- Experience in analyzing and sustainably resolving complex technical issues
- Enthusiasm for competently supporting employees and colleagues with technical questions
- Strong service orientation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Enjoyment of collaborating with various departments, international IT teams, and external partners
- Very good German and good English skills
