Your Profile

• Completed BÖV examination or an equivalent qualification
• Completed apprenticeship as an insurance clerk or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance sector
• Enjoyment of active customer engagement and building long-term business relationships
• Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and a results-driven approach
• High customer and service orientation with a professional demeanor
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style
• Interest in insurance products, market trends, and continuous professional development
• Good digital competence and confident use of common CRM and Office applications

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €50,000 on a full-time basis is provided. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary and additional performance-related remuneration.
