Your Responsibilities – End-to-End Accountability

• Independent management and coordination of demanding plant engineering projects, including leadership and coordination of respective project teams
• Responsibility for costs, schedules, and quality throughout the bid and order processing phases
• Technical clarification of requirements and professional coordination of interfaces between departments, planning partners, and suppliers
• Alignment of customer requirements and ensuring professional, solution-oriented project execution
• Execution and coordination of tenders and subcontractor awards
• Responsibility for project organization, resource planning, and internal and external reporting
• Coordination of all relevant project stakeholders and continuous monitoring of project progress
• Support of commissioning activities both domestically and abroad
• Active contribution to ensuring high customer satisfaction and technically and economically successful project implementation

Your Profile – Technical Expertise, Leadership, and Project Competence

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable field – HTL, UAS, or university degree
• Several years of professional experience in managing complex plant engineering projects
• Experience in the aerospace or automotive sectors is particularly welcome
• Leadership experience and a strong ability to successfully coordinate diverse project stakeholders
• Proficient user knowledge of common project management tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
• High sense of responsibility and strong implementation skills
• Confident demeanor as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)

Attractive Employment Conditions

For this responsible position, an annual gross salary starting from EUR 63,000 is offered, supplemented by social benefits and, where applicable, additional allowances.

Depending on your qualifications, relevant professional experience, and technical expertise, there is, of course, a willingness to offer a significantly higher salary.
