Main Tasks and Co-Responsibilities:

• Independent management of ongoing accounting for assigned real estate properties (focus on rental properties)
• Bank postings and execution of payment transactions
• Contact person for commercial matters for owners and tenants
• Settlement of rent/property advance payments and dunning/accounts receivable management
• Preparation of advance VAT returns and annual VAT declarations
• Execution of operating cost and owner settlements
• Preparation of budget planning and forecasts for subsequent years
• Close collaboration with the experienced property management team
• Direct communication with suppliers, tax advisors, tax authorities, among others

Your Profile:

• Professional experience in accounting (minimum 5 years), real estate industry preferred
• Property accountant certification an advantage
• Excellent computer skills and high IT affinity
• Precision, reliability, strong numerical understanding, and common sense
• Organizational/communication skills & hands-on mentality
• Team player & independent work approach

For this full-time position, a monthly gross salary of EUR 3,350 to 3,600 (all-in) is provided, depending on professional qualifications and experience (collective agreement salary VG III, after 4 years of service, EUR 2,534).
