Your Area of Responsibility
As a skilled worker or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspector, you can expect a varied field of activity in the rail vehicle sector, taking on independent tasks. This position requires organizational skills, knowledge of company processes, strong communication abilities, and enjoyment of working with colleagues.
Your Job
- You will work as part of a team as an NDT inspector and on mechanical tasks related to the construction, conversion, assembly, and maintenance of rail vehicles – with a focus on assembly and metalworking.
- You will examine materials, weld seams, or components for cracks and defects and perform ultrasonic testing in the respective areas.
- Based on work instructions, you will carry out practical tasks such as assembling components, adjusting parts, and processing metal structures.
- Compliance with technical, economic, and legal frameworks is part of your daily work.
- You will contribute to rail-specific mechanical tasks that require expertise, physical effort, and craftsmanship – specifically in the fields of locksmithing or metalworking.
Your Profile
