Job Description

- Conduct all relevant tests and measurements for EBM / SBM bottles and injection-molded articles, using all available equipment and resources
- Document, record, and enter all results into the quality system
- Evaluate products based on the generated data and results
- Generate and modify measurement programs
- Operate 3D measuring devices and perform evaluations and analyses
- Serve as the contact person for quality and measurement topics within the project team
- Develop and evaluate new testing methods and equipment
- Interpret and implement customer specifications and adapt them to ALPLA guidelines
- Ensure the transferability of measurement programs and testing methods to local Quality Assurance
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new ALPLA employees and apprentices
- Support quality assurance in the plants

Requirements

- You have completed a technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) and are passionate about quality
- Personally, you convince us with your precision, spatial awareness, and analytical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage
- You enjoy working in a team, are well-organized, and solution-oriented
- You are motivated to familiarize yourself with new technologies and equipment and to expand your field of responsibility as needed
- You communicate fluently in German and English
- Good MS Office skills are desirable
- You are willing to travel and open to other cultures
