Job Description

- You will handle administrative tasks in the co-packing environment, assist with inventories, and organize customer visits as well as special projects
- You will coordinate various Red Bull departments (e.g., production planning and logistics)
- You will manage the interface with Red Bull, ensure professional and timely processing of operational requests, and handle booking controls
- You will conduct loss settlements, verify incoming invoices, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Together with the team, you will be responsible for analyzing operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in the co-packing process
- You will prepare quotations, price calculations, and charge additional costs incurred from special tasks or projects
- You will ensure, in collaboration with the specialist departments, that customer specifications and quality standards are met in all co-packing activities

Requirements

- You have completed commercial training, a degree in business, or comparable qualifications
- You possess organizational and coordination skills, strategic thinking, and strong analytical abilities to monitor financial aspects and operational efficiency
- Your solution-oriented and structured approach allows you to maintain an overview in stressful situations
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office) complement your profile; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Your ability to lead complex projects across multiple locations and organizational levels sets you apart
- Languages: German and English
