Your Responsibilities

• Assistance with earthworks and civil engineering tasks
• Execution of various tasks on construction sites
• Working according to plans and specifications
• Operation of construction machinery and equipment – depending on experience and qualifications
• Support with laying, foundation work, and other construction tasks
• Proper handling of tools, machinery, and materials
• Collaboration with foremen, machine operators, and colleagues on site

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a construction trade, e.g., civil engineering worker, bricklayer, road construction worker, or a comparable profession
• Alternatively, several years of practical professional experience in construction
• Manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent and reliable work ethic
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Team spirit and commitment
• Category B driving licence
• Good German language skills for communication on site

Experienced construction workers without a traditional vocational background are also of interest to us. What matters is your skills and reliability.
