In this key position, you will take on the operational management of a service team and, together with your team, ensure first-class customer support and smooth service processes.

• Technical and organizational leadership of a team of service technicians
• Planning and coordination of personnel, material, and equipment deployment in line with ongoing service and project requirements
• Optimal management of available resources and scheduling, taking qualifications and capacities into account
• Close collaboration with sales, service organization, and other internal interfaces
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries and special requests
• Creation and monitoring of work orders, documentation, and service-related evaluations

• Completed technical training, ideally in refrigeration, air conditioning, or building services engineering
• Several years of professional experience in refrigeration technology as well as initial experience in coordinating or leading teams
• Strong service and customer orientation along with a professional demeanor
• Organizational talent with the ability to quickly set priorities and manage multiple topics in parallel
• Structured, precise work approach and enjoyment of a dynamic work environment
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs; knowledge of HVAC, control, or energy management systems is an advantage

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from EUR 70,000, with a willingness to significantly exceed this based on your qualifications and experience.
