Your Responsibilities as Personnel and Vehicle Dispatcher at SPL Powerlines Austria:

• Deployment and capacity planning for our employees, considering qualifications, project requirements, as well as training and further education measures.
• Coordination and management of short-, medium-, and long-term personnel requirements in close collaboration with operational departments.
• Planning and organizing vacations, time-off in lieu, and other absences, ensuring the necessary personnel availability.
• Monitoring and processing time recordings, as well as preparing data relevant for payroll.
• Managing travel expenses, hotel costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and project-related expenditures.
• Planning and coordinating vehicle deployment in alignment with fleet management.
• Planning and assigning rail vehicles and train drivers.
• Supporting the optimization of resources, vehicle utilization, and capacities.
• Efficient problem-solving in case of unforeseen changes or disruptions in daily construction site operations.
• Close coordination with various interfaces such as workshops and construction sites.
• Creating reports, overviews, and planning bases for management.

What You Should Bring Alongside Relevant Professional Experience:

• Completed commercial, technical, or business administration education.
• Several years of experience in personnel dispatching, deployment planning, or resource planning, ideally in the infrastructure, construction, assembly, or railway sector.
• Experience in capacity and deployment planning for employees and vehicles.
• Good knowledge of ERP, dispatching, and time recording systems.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Sense of responsibility, precision, and enjoyment of collaborating with operational teams.
