• Experience in leading and developing employees is a significant advantage
• Understanding of production, logistics, and quality processes

• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving topics independently

• Further development and consistent implementation of procurement and supplier strategies
• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the procurement team
• Leading price, terms, and contract negotiations
• Identification and realization of sustainable cost-saving and optimization potentials
• Continuous optimization of procurement processes
• Creating transparency regarding costs, supplier performance, and relevant procurement KPIs
