Your Responsibilities as Division Manager Fleet Management & Workshop (m/f/d) – Wolkersdorf near Vienna:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire vehicle, machinery, and workshop sector in Austria and for the branch in Southern Germany.
• Development and implementation of a sustainable fleet and machinery strategy, as well as planning of investments, procurements, and renewals.
• Economic and personnel leadership of the Fleet Management & Workshop division.
• Ensuring high availability of vehicles, machinery, and technical resources for our construction and maintenance projects.
• Responsibility for maintenance, servicing, and repair concepts, as well as the continuous optimization of workshop processes.
• Management of registrations, insurance, regulatory matters, accident and damage management, as well as tachograph systems.
• Digitalization and continuous further development of fleet and workshop processes, as well as the introduction of suitable KPIs to monitor profitability and utilization.
• Close collaboration with project management, dispatch, procurement, logistics, as well as external service providers and suppliers.

In addition to relevant professional experience as a Fleet Manager / Workshop Manager, you should also bring the following:

• Completed technical education (HTL, master craftsman, university of applied sciences, or university), ideally in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in fleet management, workshop management, maintenance, or technical operations.
• Experience in budget planning, investment management, and economic leadership of a technical division.
• Knowledge of maintenance and servicing processes; experience in the rail vehicle sector is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and pronounced leadership abilities.
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach, as well as willingness to travel within Austria and Southern Germany.

We offer you a minimum gross monthly salary on an all-in basis starting at EUR 4,809.75, with willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
