Your responsibilities:

• You support the shop management in day-to-day operations and contribute to the economic success of the location
• You take over the shop management's representation in their absence and ensure smooth operations in the shop
• Together with the shop management, you coach and motivate the team and contribute to delighted customers
• You present and sell the innovative A1 product portfolio and create inspiring shopping experiences
• You support the optimization of internal processes to maintain A1's high service and quality standards
• You actively participate in the onboarding and further development of retail employees and apprentices

What you should bring:

• Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience in retail, ideally in a retail or comparable sector
• Several years of sales experience as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to take the next step into a leadership role, ideally in a branch- or team-oriented environment
• Enjoyment in shaping a team, developing employees, and achieving success together
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility, and strong team and communication skills
• Excellent German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2)
