Your Responsibilities:

• You independently manage the shop and contribute to the economic success of the location.
• You coach and motivate your team with your leadership skills and work together to create delighted customers.
• You present and sell the innovative A1 product portfolio and create inspiring shopping experiences.
• You optimize internal processes to maintain A1's high service and quality standards.
• You also train apprentices in retail and actively promote talent.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience in retail, ideally in a retail or comparable industry.
• Several years of experience in sales as well as strong customer and service orientation.
• Leadership skills, ideally in a branch- or team-oriented environment.
• Enjoyment in leading a team, developing employees, and achieving success together.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility, and strong team and communication skills.
• Excellent German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
