In this role, you will lead and develop a small team consisting of project planners and rack inspectors. Together, you will ensure the professional, customer-oriented, and timely planning and implementation of warehouse and racking solution projects.

In day-to-day operations, you will review and evaluate customer inquiries, clarify technical and commercial requirements, and develop suitable solutions in close coordination with sales. Based on this, you will create configurations, calculations, and proposal documents.

Additionally, you will oversee selected projects from order placement to completion. You will prepare assembly documents, coordinate schedules with suppliers and assembly companies, monitor implementation, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

In your leadership role, you will foster the professional and personal development of your team members, manage resources and capacities, and ensure efficient collaboration through clear structures and continuous process optimization.

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Strong technical understanding and several years of experience in technical project coordination, internal sales, or a comparable position
• Experience in staff leadership and development
•  Ideally, industry knowledge in the fields of racking systems, storage technology, or warehouse equipment
•  Knowledge of technical drawing, creation of project and assembly plans, as well as operational project and assembly execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and good English skills
•  Strong communication skills, organizational talent, structured and solution-oriented work approach, customer focus
• Category B driving license and occasional willingness to travel
