Your Responsibilities

• Independent execution of the monthly financial close for the production site
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and medium-term planning
• Analysis of budget vs. actual variances and derivation of actionable recommendations
• Creation and further development of management reports and KPIs
• Analysis of production costs, material costs, personnel costs, and productivity metrics
• Collaboration in optimizing and digitalizing processes within the SAP FI/CO environment, incorporating modern AI tools
• Close cooperation with Operations, Supply Chain Management, and People & Culture

Your Profile

• Completed university degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in Controlling, ideally 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing company
• First experience with SAP FI/CO; Key User knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
• Interest in BI and reporting tools as well as digital solutions in Controlling
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments
• Willingness to travel occasionally
