You will be the central point of contact for our customers and an important interface within the entire company.

Your responsibilities will include in particular:

• Leading and coordinating a 3-person customer service team
• Supporting and advising our customers as well as managing complaints and returns
• Customer contact with health insurance companies, doctors, and hospitals
• Responsibility for the entire order processing as well as delivery and billing processes
• Close collaboration and ongoing coordination with sales, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse & logistics
• Maintaining and continuously updating customer and master data
• Optimizing existing customer service processes and workflows

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in customer support, customer service, or sales support
• Ideally, previous leadership experience or experience in coordinating a team
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• High customer and service orientation as well as a professional demeanor
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
• Proficient in using CRM and/or ERP systems
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
• Sense of responsibility

Your salary:
