  • manage and document sales-related documents and media, maintain files in the designated systems, and provide information to internal and external contacts.
  • handle administrative tasks within order processing and invoicing, including data maintenance, preparation of invoices, and processing of credit notes, contract extensions, and administrative requests.
  • support quality management and campaign documentation by preparing, managing, and providing relevant evidence and documents.
  • create reports, analyses, and key performance indicators, prepare sales-related information, and support the continuous optimization of processes and workflows.

Your profile, you...

  • have completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification).
  • ideally bring professional experience in sales assistance, order processing, disposition, or sales support.
  • work confidently with MS Office and have a high affinity for IT and systems; experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics) and SAP is an advantage.
