Your Responsibilities

• You take charge of the maintenance and further development of containerized applications on a modern platform (OpenShift/Kubernetes) – from requirements gathering through design and deployment to stable operations.
• You ensure the stable operation of existing services and continuously develop and optimize them.
• You align requirements with business units and contribute to the further development of our services based on technical and business needs.
• You support the evaluation and selection of suitable technologies and platform services and contribute to the technical design of our solutions.
• You design and implement technical solutions together with the team and contribute to prototyping, automation, and scripting.
• You integrate and configure platform and software services, creating standardized, sustainable, and reusable solutions.
• You collaborate with external partners and build long-term, partnership-based supplier relationships.
• You coordinate and manage implementations with internal and external partners, driving projects forward successfully together with stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You have completed technical training, e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, or university, in the IT field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in IT, ideally in the operation or further development of applications and services.
• You have knowledge of modern IT technologies, preferably in Linux and container technologies such as Kubernetes, automation with scripting or Terraform, as well as in the Microsoft/cloud environment, e.g., Azure or M365.
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively and confidently engage with business units, users, and external partners. You enjoy collaborating across team boundaries.
• You are committed to continuous personal development, building new knowledge, and sharing your expertise with others.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and analytical manner and have a strong affinity for automation and standardization.

We offer a gross annual salary of at least EUR 91,300, depending on your professional experience (based on the specified working hours).
